Dems Ignore Kagan; Want Thomas to Recuse Himself
The Dems must know that Obamacare is in real trouble. Rather than mention any of the conflicts of Kagan, where she very likely had a role to play in Obamacare while solicitor general, they are pre-empting calls of her recusal by arguing the same ridiculous conflict charges about Clarence Thomas.
